BEFORE WE BEGAN:

Some historic restorations need just a tiny sprinkle of encouragement to get them back to their original charm. This was true for the Oak and Sage project.

Our team won this bid because our competitors wanted to modernize this 100-year-old home. That’s not what this family wanted, and we would have been sad to see this home’s lovely craftsman history go in favor of sleek textures and an open floor plan. Instead, we stuck to our Craftsman-loving roots and gave this home the sprucing she deserved. In return, this family likes to think the house is telling all of us, “Thank you.”
