The family of Project 1012 weren’t exactly looking for a remodel. At least, not until this 80 year old house burst a pipe the the attic. Through no fault of their own, homeowners Erick and Kimberley found themselves looking at a gut of just under half of the little Tudor they affectionately call their “Gingerbread House”.

What was originally a teary-eyed beginning has transformed into an opportunity to bring back the classic style of their home - a style that past DIY remodeling homeowners had failed to honor.

Now these clients are excited for their project and eager to see their treasured home restored; once again looking like the Tudor it was always meant to be.
