Homes in Mesta Park are full of charm and challenges.

The first priority was a full bathroom since this 100-year-old home with three bedrooms had only one bathroom on the second floor; a bathroom that this family of five had long since outgrown.

In addition to adding a proper primary bathroom on the second story, the homeowners sought to add even more breathing room by adding a full third story, complete with a full bath, deleting their fourth bedroom in the process.
