This family’s motivation for their remodel was to have this be the kick-off for growing their family and, with it, bringing another generation of hospitality to an already beloved home and community staple.

BEFORE WE BEGAN:

Undoing some of the work of past DIYers was the biggest challenge of this project.

Our team commonly begins a remodel to find that the home has already undergone layers of renovation. “Everyone in Oklahoma has a little bit of contractor in ‘em.” is a phrase we fondly (and quite often!) say. This home had us on our toes, from securing the framing to the foundation to leveling off a past garage conversion. Every piece was inspected to ensure we left the clients with a home that would last them a generation.
