Dreams Don’t Build Themselves.
You know when you have a dream that takes decades to realize? That you work for your whole life. Your forever home. Your sanctuary and haven of peace. Where you will watch your teenage kids and their friends grow and make stupid mistakes that you will laugh about with their kids. You pour your heart, life savings, and entire future into it.
Well, we had that dream. We bought our beautiful historical house six years ago, knowing it needed much love and TLC, but we had to wait to make it what it needed to be.
At that time, you have to work with people who understand where you are coming from. And WHO you are. Skilled visionaries who will cradle your baby, adopt it, and make it their own. Toil over it to make it perfect, not just in their own eyes but in the client’s. And to do that, learn everything about the people they work with. Probe them. Understand how they will live their daily lives and function in their space. Come to understand and visualize their aesthetic.
And that is precisely what Brit and Justin did.
You know you have found the right design and project managers when you come home from a 16-hour day to beautiful new walnut cabinets in your kitchen, and they understand your tears. They stay up till midnight to make things right when they get messed up and eat donuts with you when it all gets too much.
Brit understood that our color and design choices might not be what she would have in her own house, but she worked to make it flow beautifully in ours.
And Justin worked to make it a reality by corralling all the right subs and trades. Together, they saw it to the end to help us create something beautiful and a home that will be our sanctuary for years to come.
As a young couple with two beautiful children, they understand what “family” means. And in the process, they have become friends and a part of our family.
Ethical, honest, and skilled but bursting with the creative desire to grow and take on bigger challenges to help enrich our community and beautiful city. This is precisely the team that you want by your side every step of the way.
